Sucess Story – Eldon J.

Eldon J. came to our facility for rehab, his goal was to get stronger so he could transfer to an Assisted Living in Georgia closer to his daughter. On January 13, 2022, he was able to leave our facility without any type of adaptive equipment. While here, Mr. Jackson gained a lot of new friends. He was very outgoing and helpful to many of our residents and staff. He attended the smoke breaks provided at the facility, which is where he made many of his friends. During these breaks he had words of encouragement for each one of his peers. Toward the end of his stay Mr. Jackson started attending most group activities, such as Bingo. We will miss him, and we wish him Good Luck at his new home!
