Please join me in congratulating Jessica Price, RN, as our new Director of Nursing. Jessica replaced Lora Hayes after her resignation due to personal and family obligations. Jessica started her long term care journey at Medco Brandenburg when she was in high school and worked for the facility as a certified nursing assistant about 17 years ago with Mary Durbin Hopkins, ADON. I’m feel blessed to have Jessica lead the nursing department with her commitment and focus on ensuring the residents’ receive the best possible quality of care along with compassionate service.

I wanted to say thank you for all the residents, family members, and employees who completed the satisfaction survey from KAHCF. We will find out the results in November at the Annual Conference and Training Session.
