Letter from the Administrator

We are finally changing season and are truly looking forward to Spring weather. We have lots of exciting activities planned in over the next couple of months. We are starting preparations for our resident garden again this year in the rear of the facility. The residents really enjoyed the tomatoes, green beans, and yellow squash. If anyone has an interest is assisting with planting or maintaining the garden please feel free to contact me at the facility. We would like to invite our family members with children or grandchildren to come for our annual Easter egg hunt on April 20, 2019. We are asking for your support in assisting with maintaining our sewer lines. It is absolutely imperative that wipes not be flushed down the toilets. We have spent over $40,000 in plumbing repairs in the last six months which doesn’t allow much opportunity to purchase other items for our facility. We need you to help stop these expenses. I also wanted to remind residents and families that Resident Concern Reports are located outside the Administrator Office should you have a concern that feel you to complete a report. You may hand deliver to a staff members or simple place in the box on the wall. The facility and Activity Department has many opportunities for volunteers if you have special talent or want to make a difference in the lives of our residents please contact Samantha Coates, Activity Director at 270-422-2148. Thank you for allowing us to care for you and/or your family member.
