Letter from the Administrator

I wanted to personally thank everyone who participated in the Kentucky Association of Health Care Facilities survey. We will attend a banquet in early November to find out if and where we placed in the “Best of Kentucky” Award. I wanted to thank Mrs. Elizabeth Miller and her daughter, Sue Frazier, for helping us develop our flower garden to include a humming bird attraction. We have successfully recruited three humming birds in our garden and look forward to many more next year. I am excited to announce we are getting new front porch furniture and patio furniture for our residents and employees by the end of September. Please try out one of new rocking chairs soon to be arriving on our front porch. The facility is also support Meade Moves Father’s Day Out, which will be at Buttermilk Falls and River Park on October 11, 2018 from 6 pm and 7:30 pm with hayrides and hot dogs. Please encourage any fathers you know to have a great experience with their kids free of charge! The facility wanted to acknowledge Darren Greenwell who won numerous events at the Meade County Fair with his horses named Fred and Todd to include Horse Pulling Contest. He also won Draft Horse Pull with his horses Fred, Todd, Ozzy, Ted, Bob and King! Congratulations Darren. As always, it is a pleasure to serve our residents and families and if ever need anything do not hesitate to contact me at the facility.

Sincerely,

Angie Decker
