Our Administrator, Natalie, MDS Coordinator, Angela, and Medical Records, Janet attended the Kentucky in Vegas Banquet in Las Vegas. Janet won Star Employee, Natalie and Maria (DON) won Dynamic Duo, and won an award for 2019 Deficiency Free Survey. Way to go ladies!!
