Lisa L. admitted to our facility on May 16, 2021 on a NP diet with a new G tube. During her stay she worked progressively with speech therapy and was able to discharge our facility on a mechanical soft diet on May 28, 2021. Facility and Therapy Staff send well wishes to Lisa on her continued journey.
