Letter from the Administrator

The facility is excited to announce we are contracting with a new provider for Radiology Services at the facility. The provider will be able to increase the number of services provided at the facility which will include EKGs, Ultrasounds, and Dopplers by appointment. The new service is planned to start on November 1, 2019.

The facility is moving forward with renovations to our short-term private rehab rooms that were previously licensed for Personal Care Level of Care. Those rooms will be converted to a skilled short-term rehab room on November 9, 2019. You can call Tammy Rogers, Marketing Director, to schedule a tour or make a referral at 270-422-2148.

We wanted to continue a Thanksgiving tradition we started at the facility last year. We will be having our second family-style Thanksgiving Dinner for residents and family on November 26th, 2019 at 12 noon in the dining room. Each resident is permitted to have two free guests at the dinner; additional guests will need to purchase a meal for $5 dollars per meal. The facility will start accepting reservations for the meal on November 10, 2019, through November 22, 2019, so we can plan seating arrangements.

If you have special talent or activity you would like to share with our residents please contact Samantha Coates, Activity Director at 270-422-2148 and we can schedule a special time for you as an activity.
