Letter from the Administrator

I would like to thank all the family members and residents who helped us recognize our most valuable employees, our direct caregivers, in June. Our C.N.A.’s are truly the difference makers in our facility because they are the ones closet to our residents. We had a great week of activities and some nice prize giveaways for our team. Please come visit us at our fair booth at the Meade County Fair in July 2019.

The facility will continue to plan to update the resident room and resident bathrooms and budget and time allows. We appreciate your patience with this process. We will also be working on the landscape throughout the summer to make our resident’s home nice for them and anyone that visits. We should have some fabulous flowers next year for everyone to enjoy. We also have a goal to have 25 birdhouses hanging in front of each resident windows by the end of July so our residents can enjoy a glimpse of nature from their rooms. Many residents have informed us they would truly enjoy watching the birds. I would like to remind everyone if you have a resident concern please inform a charge nurse or department manager either in person or on the phone.

If you would like to express a concern in writing the forms are in the lobby beside the Administrator Office. You can deliver in person or mail to the facility at 814 Old Ekron Rd., Brandenburg, KY 40108 attention Angie Decker or Paula Voyles, Social Services.

Sincerely,

Angela Decker
ADMINISTRATOR
