Letter from the Administrator

I’m excited about plans for the new year and hope we can accomplishment more in 2019. We had a wonderful Christmas with our residents and families not to mention the community support we got to appreciate. We will continue our focus on making improvements to our physical plant and home like environment for our residents, employees, and families. The facility will start trying to repair resident bathroom floors as a first priority. We will also be working to patch and repair walls in resident rooms along with a fresh coat of paint. I appreciate your patience with improvements. I hope we can make an even bigger difference in 2019. Our goal is to continuously improve the resident environment and clinical outcomes in the facility. We will also continue our focus on employee appreciation and training to ensure we have adequate and qualified staff to care for our residents. I appreciate the opportunity to care for you and loved ones. My favorite quote to the team is, “Without you there is no us”.
