Letter from the Administrator

The facility is excited about some general renovations in the facility and will continue to make improvements as our budget allows. Reminder: If you have any maintenance concerns, complete a resident concern form or contact me directly at the facility 270-422-2148 so we can resolve as soon as possible. I wanted to say thank you again for your participation in the “Best of Kentucky” process and once again we were recognized by our professional organization and our peers.

Please take a moment to congratulate Salena Prather, C.N.A., who was recognized as one of the best caregivers in Kentucky. We are so blessed to have her as part of our team. She truly loves her residents and always puts them first.
