It’s hard to believe Christmas is right around the corner not to mention the ugly word “Snow.” We are working on our holiday celebration schedules, so you can plan to attend special events with your loved one. We are having a Thanksgiving Resident and Family Luncheon on November 19th, 2018 starting at 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Each resident can invite two guests to join them for a family style Thanksgiving Dinner in the dining room. Each additional guest can have dinner for a cost of $5.00 per person. We will have a traditional turkey dinner with all the sides. If you plan to attend please make a reservation with the Activity Director, Samantha Coates, or call the Business Office at 270-422-2148 by November 15, 2018. We will try to have all holiday events posted on entrances for December, so you don’t miss out on the fun. Also, a reminder that we are planning a “Baby Shower” on November 6, 2018 at 2 p.m. in the dining room for Sammy, C.N.A. and Katie, L.P.N. who are both having girls. Any gifts would be greatly appreciated, and both would accept care items, such as, baby wash, diapers, and wipes.

I need to remind all visitors not to assist any of our residents out the doors without staff approval. We have several recent newly admitted residents that are very confused and attempt to exit doors. If a resident is near the door when you are trying to enter or leave, please have employee assist you out of the facility. As always thank you for allowing us to take care of you or loved one.
