Letter from the Administrator

The facility employees enjoyed making Brandenburg Nursing and Rehab’s first every float to participate in the Meade County Fair. We will be asking for volunteers next year. I am pleased to inform we have installed a new roof top A/C unit and now should be able to keep up the hot summer temperatures we have been experiencing this year. Our facility resident garden is growing well. We will be taste testing fresh cantaloupes and watermelons by the end of the month please watch for an invite. The residents have already enjoyed fresh green beans and fried green tomatoes. We are entering the Kentucky Association of Health Care Facilities competition for “Best in Kentucky,” again this year. You should be receiving a family survey in the mail unless your loved one is able to complete the survey. We are one of the few facilities that are eligible to enter because have a 4 out of 5 Star Rating by CMS. I am very excited to announce a new additional the nursing administration team.
